Please note, these emergency contact details are for use only outwith our usual working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and are available only to our existing customers. Tenants should report communal defects directly to their property landlord or agent.
Calling out a contractor outwith normal working hours will incur a higher charge and so homeowners should only use this service when absolutely necessary. It is the responsibility of the reporting homeowner to provide the correct contact and address details and arrange for access to the property.
The contractor will take action to secure or temporarily repair the defect and will report back to our office as soon as is practical. Please contact our team the next working day if you require further assistance.
Where it turns out a repair is found to relate to private property, homeowners will be jointly responsible for all costs up until the point of identification and the costs beyond that point will be the responsibility of the relevant individual homeowner.
